DTE Transportation Services (DTETS) is located in Lakewood, CO just west of Denver at the base of the Rocky Mountains. DTETS is owned by DTE Coal Services a non-regulated subsidiary of DTE Energy. We have been in the railcar solutions business since 1996. We have over 100 years combined experience between our Maintenance and Shipment experts and our IT Development staff. Our sister company DTE Rail Services is a full service repair facility with shop locations in Nebraska and Indiana.

DTETS’ goal is to stay at the forefront of industry initiatives and technology and pass that knowledge on to our partners. Our web-based system applications were created by experts and are managed by experts. We created RipTrack 2 to help you manage your railcar repair data. Many enhancements have been made to the system, in line with AAR initiatives and it has been improved with the implementation of ATSI and EHMS system deployments. Our shipment management system, ShurTrack, has also seen improvements with our UnitTrain module, created for unit train shippers who are most interested in tracking on a Train Set basis as opposed to a single-car basis.
